“In my case I visited Dr. Brown’s office the first time for emergency treatment on an impacted tooth. As soon as I got there they put me in a chair and relieved my pain. Then she made the arrangements for me to see the endodontist in just a few hours. This was my first visit to their office, and yet they treated me like I was a long time friend. My second visit was for a broken crown, since I work very close to Dr. Brown’s office I drove over there just to make an appointment to have this crown fixed. They told me if I waited a few minutes they would see me that morning. 40 minutes later Dr. Brown had repaired the broken crown then set me up with the required information, copy of my xray, etc to have an implant done. This kind of customer care is very hard to find these days. You can tell that the entire staff loves working there because of how they treat everyone that comes into this office.”
